Unwinding at the Diva Transformation Retreat

October 18, 2022

Imagine a vacation with a therapist.

Well, if you ask Prachi Vaish, you may not have to imagine that because she’s organizing precisely that.

Prachi is a trauma-trained therapist, mindful dating coach, and the co-founder of the Emotional Wellness Initiatives. With more than 17 years of therapy experience behind her, Prachi knows something about the human psyche and the ways of our minds.

It’s with that in mind that she started The Diva Transformation Retreat.

Lasting for 3 nights and 4 days, the Diva Transformation Retreat is traditionally open to women from all walks of life who seek sisterhood, love, and support in a tranquil place. The retreat offers:

One-on-one sessions with Prachi to work through past trauma and on your inner child

Self-reflection practices and mindfulness exercises

Sessions to rewire their core programming

Sattvic meals

This year, the Retreat is at the Seclude in picturesque Mussoorie between 17 Nov to 20 Nov 2022. Along with healing activities, it will also host fun activities like bonfires, BBQ dinners, art and craft sessions, and more.

But how was the idea to organize an all-women retreat conceived? Prachi says, “Every day, I work with several women about different aspects of life, and every day I’m amazed at the amount of tenacity and resilience they show. But at the same time, it breaks my heart to see that hardly any of them recognize it for themselves. They are riddled with self-doubt, haywire emotions, and endless pain. I wanted to create a unique space where they could together awaken that power within themselves and boost it among their sisterhood too!”

It’s what the Retreat promises: a space where women are each other’s biggest support system, where they cheer for each other’s successes and help each other heal.
